 1- How can I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment by calling or sending text to us at 778 628 3493, sending an email, using the contact form on our website, or messaging us through our online chat.

2. Do I need a consultation before treatment? Yes, we recommend a consultation to assess your skin or body concerns and recommend the most suitable treatment for your goals.

3. How should I prepare for my appointment? Preparation depends on your treatment. We will provide you with detailed pre-treatment instructions when you book your appointment.

4. How long does a treatment session take? Treatment times vary depending on the service, but most appointments take between 30 and 90 minutes.

5. Can I return to my normal activities after treatment? Most treatments have little to no downtime, and many clients return to their normal daily activities right away.

6. What is your no-show or missed appointment policy? If you miss your appointment without providing the required notice within 24 hours before your appointment, a $65 no-show fee will apply as we are unable to fill up your time slot with other client.
